Return information
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt.
This is how the return works:
- Check the conditions: Returns are only possible if the items are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. Please note that hygiene items such as underwear and hosiery cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
- Send the package back: Send the package with sufficient postage to our return address. We do not cover return shipping costs and therefore do not provide return labels.

Important:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without postage paid!
- Items with a broken hygiene seal or obvious signs of use cannot be exchanged.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the goods within 7-10 working days . Once the inspection is complete, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used for your order.
